  1. Pour bourbon and pineapple juice into a large pitcher. Slowly pour in the soda and stir in the jalapeno. Fill each glass a third of the way with ice. Pour the mixture from the pitcher over the ice. Garnish the rim of each glass with a small wedge of pineapple, if using.
