1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

1/4 cup skim milk

1 teaspoon protein powder or other powdered vitamin supplement, optional

1 cup ice


  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a large glass and serve.
