This is a cocktail that celebrates the iconic flavors of the classic Peach Melba dessert: peaches and raspberries. The great connector that takes this cocktail straight to fantastic? The peach flavored whiskey that picks up the fruity notes from the peach syrup and the pleasantly tart raspberry sorbet. The drink is a cocktail, but made into a fruity treat with the finishing touch of sorbet. The drink gets even better as the sorbet melts slightly and the fruity notes from the drink link up with the peachy flavor of the whiskey itself.
