1 1/2 tablespoons half-and-half

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon strawberry jam

1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted


  1. Add the half-and-half and lemon juice to the jam in the jam jar (or combine them in a jar with a lid). Stir to combine. Add the confectioners' sugar, cover with the lid and shake until a uniform, pourable consistency.
  2. Serve drizzled over your favorite Bundt or pound cake.
