1 pound green beans, trimmed

3 tablespoons olive oil 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper 

1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped, for serving 

Chopped fresh parsley, for serving 


  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Add the green beans to a rimmed baking sheet, drizzle over the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast until soft and starting to brown, 15 to 18 minutes.
  3. Top with the hazelnuts and parsley to serve. Serve warm or at room temperature.
