Directions
Place a medium metal or glass bowl into the freezer to chill while you prepare the dressing.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, sesame seeds, soy sauce, ginger and lime juice.
Retrieve the chilled bowl from the freezer and grab the tuna from the fridge. Cut the tuna into 1/4-inch dice and transfer to the chilled bowl. Dice the avocado as you did the tuna and add to the bowl along with the cucumber and green onion. Pour over the dressing and toss gently to combine.
Serve right away with kettle-cooked potato chips or transfer to the fridge for up to 1 hour to allow the flavors to come together.
