Toast French bread with butter until golden brown. Cook sausage and remove fat. Add vegetables, cornbread and toasted French bread, wild rice and apples.
Mix together then add stock, seasoning and cranberries. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Saute 3 oz. turkey medallions in butter until golden brown
