Ingredients

1 bunch dandelion greens, washed, drained and trimmed

3 green onions, white and green parts, chopped

1 handful fresh dill

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 lemon, juiced

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss together.
