All-Stars Tournament: Grand Finale

With four winning All-Stars returning to the Chopped Kitchen, and $75,000 on the line for someone's favorite charity, the judges are set to enjoy a masterful meal. The competitors find something purple and something fishy in the appetizer basket. In a tense entree round, a seafood tower threatens to topple the competitors' cool. Before being awarded the largest charitable prize in Chopped history, the final two All-Star chefs must handle a very hot pepper and conquer a cookie cake in the dessert round.

Guy, along with various members of his family, will highlight (and participate in the making of) a variety of food including baked goods (such as a gingerbread house and Yule log), candy (such as candy canes), and Christmas Eve dinner (featuring items served at the Napa Rose restaurant).

During hours three through six, the chefs must adapt to constant twists and turns. Michael Symon and Esther Choi have two chefs face elimination immediately, and the competitors navigate curveballs from Stephanie Izard in order to make it to hour seven. Then, fatigue sets in as the chefs face hours seven and eight in this intense culinary journey. Michael and Esther put forth three challenges in one where the chefs must turn one bag of ingredients into three distinct meals for judge Scott Conant.

Jazzed Up Supper Club

Kardea Brown is hosting a soulful supper club in Charleston with award-winning chef Alexander Smalls. Kardea begins the meal with Fish Chowder, a hearty soup with flaky cod, potatoes and corn. Then, Alexander joins Kardea in the kitchen to cook her Grilled Lamb Chops with Pink Peppercorn Sauce accompanied by Fried Skillet Corn Salad with bell peppers, tomatoes and pork belly. For dessert, Kardea plates beautiful Red Wine Poached Pears with Vanilla Bean Custard. Strike up the band, it's time for supper club!

A Food Network Star must be able to teach home viewers how to prepare great meals. In the Mentor Challenge, Alton Brown challenges the finalists to teach him a recipe. Then for the Star Challenge, the finalists must create a video demonstrating one of their own dishes for the home viewer. What they don't know is that Chef Alex Guarnaschelli will be playing along, trying to make the dish. After Alex is revealed to the finalists, she helps the Selection Committee decide who will be sent home.

Pat and Gina Neely think when it comes to date night you don't have to wait for the weekend, you can have a 'Weeknight, Date Night' anytime! First, they're making supple Spice Rubbed Pork Chops with Pomegranate Pan Sauce. Then, it's two flavorful but easy sides, Herbed Brown Rice Pilaf and Curried Cauliflower & Carrots. Finally, for dessert, it's a Coconut Cream Pie with the most amazing molasses gingersnap cookie crusts you've ever tasted. After this meal, you'll want to have a 'Weeknight, Date Night' every night!

Pat and Gina are cooking up one crowd-pleasing meal that will make everybody's day! They're cooking up some golden goodness with Pat and Gina's Oven Fried Chicken. Who knows better than the Neelys how to get down and dirty in the kitchen and they are showing you how with their Dirty Rice "Stuffed" Collard Greens. Then to really keep the crowds pleased, they're cooking it up old school with a Rustic Apple Tart that's flavor will bring you back to the good old days.

First, the chefs must create a lunch counter special using only ingredients that start with a specific letter of the alphabet. Next, they must make a deluxe diner dinner on a not-so-deluxe budget. Finally, Guy takes the last two chefs on a culinary road trip to determine which regional take on a chicken entree they must make.
