My stewed chicken is inspired by Bryon and my trip to Belize. Fall-off-the-bone tender chicken is marinated and stewed with peppers and spices. Serve alongside my coconut rice and beans and you can bring the flavors and smells of Belize into your own kitchen.

Summertime in a sandwich: That's what a lobster roll feels like for me. For ease, I sometimes use lobster tails instead of whole lobsters. They're easier to shell. I've also found frozen cooked lobster in the shell as a more affordable option.

My buttercake recipe makes a stunning single Bundt cake or 6 mini-Bundt cakes, perfect for any special occasion. Soaked with a buttery sugar syrup after baking, these cakes are moist and have a slightly crispy crust which pairs perfectly with berries or any other seasonal fruit. Oh, and do not forget the fresh whipped cream.

Baklava is one of those desserts that seems more difficult than it really is, especially when you make it my way—in a Bundt pan. This version is less sweet than the traditional due to my addition of a layer of creamy and tart cream cheese filling, to create a balance of flavors.

This recipe uses one of maybe my favorite hacks ever! I take deli or bakery pizza dough and turn it into browned-and-crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside pretzel bites that beg to be dipped in a cheesy beer sauce. Serve these at your next tailgate or party and watch them disappear!

To me, this is the perfect fall recipe to celebrate apple season. The pork is slow cooked in apple cider, and the slaw has a little extra sweetness from sliced apples. It's also a great make-ahead recipe to keep in mind for tailgates and other fall get-togethers.

This is Bryon's favorite dessert, and I changed it up a little to go on the grill. Everything else on the menu is on the grill so there's no need to cook inside. I've also made these in individual cast-iron skillets so that we each have our own (and don't have to share.)
