An easy way to take your holiday cookies to the next level! All you need are your favorite round or Christmas tree cookies, white icing, green gel icing and candy-coated sunflower seeds. First, frost the cookies with icing to a smooth finish. We prefer royal icing, but your favorite type will do. Draw two curved lines of green gel icing on a cookie to make your string lights. Then, add candy-coated sunflower seeds along the green icing to make the bulbs. Finally, put one more tiny dab of green icing on top of each seed to secure and make the little cap. Let dry until set. Now you have twinkle light cookies ready for Santa or for your next holiday cookie swap.
