Eggnog: You either love it or hate it. But as controversial as the holiday drink may be — it’s only a fraction as contentious as ranch dressing, which is way off the love-or-hate chart.

Now the genius marketers at Hidden Valley Ranch — who have previously brought to the world such marvels as Halloween-treat-sized HVR packets and HVR Crocs — have boldly piled controversy upon controversy and seen fit to introduce a Limited Edition Holiday RanchNog Kit.

Yes, a kit to make ranch dressing eggnog is actually a thing you can now buy for $50 at the Hidden Valley Ranch Shop.

“This ranchified take on the iconic, sometimes polarizing drink marries the creamy, slightly sweet elements of eggnog with the savory, cool and herby flavors of ranch to delight superfans and surprise skeptics with how good it actually is,” the brand boasts.

The RanchNog kit, which comes in a festive holiday gift box, was developed in partnership with craft cocktail brand Whiskey and Rosemary.

It includes two 8.5-ounce high-quality Libbey Irish Custom Coffee Mugs custom-etched with the Hidden Valley Ranch RanchNog logo. Clear glass on top, the RanchNog glasses have an attractive holiday-green base.

Also in the box are two Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix packets (1 ounce each), a 2.5-ounce gold-hued stainless-steel Jigger with graduated marks from .5 to 2.5 ounces (so you can measure your ranch dressing and hooch just so), and a 3-inch x 5-inch card with the RanchNog recipe on it.

All in all, the kit makes two 8.5-ounce glasses of RanchNog. (Hidden Valley Ranch also throws in “a snazzy free RANCHATARIAN bumper sticker,” so you can stick your ranch-dressing fandom right out there.)

While HVR’s RanchNog Kit may be the buzziest (no pun intended) of the brand’s new holiday offerings, it is certainly not the only one.

“We have the perfect gift for all the ranch lovers on your list,” Deb Crandall, marketing director at Hidden Valley Ranch, proclaimed in a news release.

HVR’s Ranch Pizza Lovers Kit includes everything you need for a night of playing games and dipping pizza in ranch dressing: HVR-branded playing cards, a toppling tower game, pizza blanket, pizza cutter, water bottle, water bottle stickers — and an 8-ounce bottle of Hidden Valley Original Ranch salad dressing; it sells for $110.

A “one-of-a-kind” Hidden Valley Ranch suitcase is available for $300. (Decorated with bottles of ranch dressing and hearts, it also has a built-in charger.)

Alas, two other holiday-gift-ready offerings — HVR’s Ranch Night Kit (oven mitts, taco stands, picnic blanket, recipe book, utensil set, a water bottle, an 8-ounce Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Shaker; $110) and Ranch Yoga Lovers Kit (a yoga mat towel tie-dyed in HVR-evocative colors, hair scrunchies, water bottle, water bottle stickers and a bottle of Hidden Valley Plant-Powered Ranch; $75) — have both already sold out. (Who knew there were so many ranch-loving yoga fans?)

HVR’s Limited Edition Holiday RanchNog Kit seems likely to sell out too. So, if you want to sip while you dip this holiday season, you may want to jump on these before they’re gone.
