Katie is cooking up the juiciest recipes for all you meat lovers.
We're deep into the dog days of summer and there's no better way to beat the heat than with a Frozen Pineapple Treat, courtesy of The Kitchen. It's refreshing, fun and (best of all) comes together without an ice cream machine.
The tropical treat is made by combining frozen pineapple chunks and banana slices with coconut cream and water in a food processor. After a bit of blending, you get a sweet, creamy concoction ideal for cooling off on steamy summer days. The soft serve is then scooped into pineapple boats and garnished with tiny umbrellas and maraschino cherries.

"This is so cute," Katie says. "Everybody at your party is going to be taking a picture of this and posting it on social media."
For a boozy version, Geoffrey takes things up a notch by inverting mini bottles of spiced rum into the soft serve.
Party. On.
