If you’ve never had a Tommy’s margarita, you’ve arguably never had a margarita. This is the Platonic ideal of margs, with tequila, agave, and lime juice in perfect harmony. Served up and icy cold, it couldn’t be more refreshing–and it won't last long.
Make the agave syrup by stirring together 2 parts agave with 1 part hot water. Measure the ingredients into a cocktail shaker and add plenty of ice cubes. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a wheel slice of lime.
