Eric Ruth
A lifelong Delawarean and unrepentant gourmand, Eric Ruth has traveled the state for decades in search of those perfect bites, a journey that culminated in a 13-year stint as fine-dining critic for the state’s largest newspaper, DelawareOnline.com. His 30-plus-year career as reporter and editor has led him most recently to the University of Delaware, where he is staff writer for Messenger, the school’s alumni magazine.
