Kat Robinson

Kat Robinson is a food historian and travel writer based in Little Rock. She is the author of three travel dining guides (Arkansas Pie: A Delicious Slice of the Natural State, Classic Eateries of the Ozarks and Arkansas River Valley, Classic Eateries of the Arkansas Delta). Her work appears in regional and national publications including Forbes Travel Guide, Serious Eats, AAA Magazines and AY Magazine, among others. While she writes on food and travel subjects throughout the United States, she is best known for her ever-expanding knowledge of Arkansas food history and restaurant culture, all of which she explores on her 1000+ article website, Tie Dye Travels.
