Broccoli and Mozzarella Salad

4 cups frozen broccoli florets, thawed

12 cherry tomatoes, cut in 1/2

1/4 cup sliced red onion

1/2 cup fresh pearl-size mozzarella

1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette

Freshly ground pepper


  1. In a large bowl, toss together all ingredients, except black pepper.
  2. Divide among 4 chilled salad plates. Serve with fresh ground pepper.
