1/2 cup olive oil

1/4 cup sherry vinegar 

2 teaspoons salt, or more if needed

1 pinch sugar, or more if needed

Few cracks freshly ground black pepper, or more if needed

1 almost-empty 8-ounce jar Dijon mustard 


  1. Add the olive oil, sherry vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper to the Dijon jar, close with the lid and shake. Taste and season additionally if necessary.
