These wholesome Dash mini waffles are a breakfast and snack time winner for toddlers – and the perfect size for little hands. Made with bananas and hearty oats, they're naturally sweet and wonderfully soft. Peanut butter powder provides an extra boost of protein, giving them some staying power.

Ingredients

Directions

Special equipment:
a mini waffle maker, such as a Dash Mini Waffle Maker
  1. Preheat a mini waffle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Process the oat flour, oat milk, peanut butter powder, maple syrup, salt, and banana in a blender until combined.
  3. Spray the plates of the waffle maker with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the waffle maker, close and cook until the waffle is golden brown and set, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately or transfer to a cooling rack set over a tray. Repeat with the remaining batter.
