Pineapple Gin Punch

3 cups pineapple juice

3/4 cup fresh lemon juice, plus lemon twists, for garnish

12 ounces gin

4 ounces orange liqueur, such as Cointreau

1/2 teaspoon allspice

Champagne or sparkling wine, chilled, for serving


  1. Combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice, gin, orange liqueur and allspice in a pitcher filled with ice. Stir to combine. Pour into ice-filled highball glasses, top with champagne and garnish each with a lemon twist.
