2 cups chilled prosecco (Italian sparkling white wine)

1/4 cup chilled vodka

2/3 cup frozen lemon sorbet

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves


  1. Pour the Prosecco and vodka into 4 champagne flutes. Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute. Sprinkle with mint and serve immediately.
