Ingredients

5 cups bagel chips

1 cup tomato sauce

8 ounces mozzarella, shredded

1 red onion, thinly sliced

1 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Lay out the bagel chips in an even layer on a baking sheet and top with the tomato sauce, mozzarella, red onion and pepperoni. Bake until the chips are toasted and the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Top with the basil. Serve warm.
