This light and floral punch is a quick and fun way to impress your friends and family at your next event. Butterfly pea flower is a common ingredient in herbal teas and rich in antioxidants. With the addition of an acid like lemon juice, the butterfly pea flower in the gin changes color from a bluish purple to vibrant lavender, making magic right in front of your eyes!
