Mini Caprese Salad

2 Mini Babybel® Mozzarella semisoft cheeses

8 grape tomatoes

8 fresh basil leaves, whole

Extra virgin olive oil

Balsamic vinegar salad dressing

2, 8-to-10-inch bamboo skewers


  1. Cut each Mini Babybel into four equal pieces, so you have eight pieces of cheese. Assemble the skewers by threading onto the skewer: one grape tomato, followed by 1 basil leaf, followed by a piece of cheese. Repeat process 3 times to complete the skewer, and repeat full process for additional skewer. Drizzle the prepared skewers with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
