12 ounce jar of roasted red peppers

1/4 cup chopped or torn fresh basil leaves

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (preferably aged)

2 teaspoons olive oil

Salt and pepper


  1. Lay roasted red pepper pieces on a serving plate. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients and serve.
