1/4-pound cooked chicken strips

1 (12-ounce) container cole slaw

1 (8.5-ounce) can mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained

1/3 cup cashews, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil, optional


  1. Slice chicken strips diagonally. In a bowl, toss together all ingredients. Reserve some cashews for garnish and serve.
