Small Mixed Salad with Macadamia Nut Oil

4 cups mixed greens

Macadamia nut oil

1 cup crushed macadamia nuts


  1. Wash the mixed greens and dry well.
  2. Place 1 cup of mixed greens per plate. Drizzle macadamia nut oil, to taste, over greens. Garnish with a little crushed macadamia nut.
