Tomato and Avocado Salad

  1. Slice tomato in half and squeeze seeds into a bowl. Dice tomato into pieces. Transfer to medium bowl. Chop avocado and combine with tomato. Pour in lemon juice. Add onion. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
