Wow Your Game-Day Guests with Ina's Onion Dip

The Barefoot Contessa shares the dip so good her fans have to make it twice.

If there was ever an event that called for a killer dip, it's the Super Bowl. While many people resort to ripping open a package for onion dip, it's actually very easy to make from scratch if you can be patient. The trick to Ina's Pan-Fried Onion Dip is to caramelize the onions low and slow to bring out their natural sweetness.

Ina warns though that this dip is so addicting that you might just eat it all before the party even starts. Make two batches just in case.
