Applebee's: If wings are on the menu this Halloween, the Hallowings Bucket at Applebee's is a great way to go. Score 20 Boneless Wings for $12.99, either to go or for delivery, from October 25 through October 31. There'll also be seasonal Spooky Sips available, starting at $4 for mocktails and $6 for cocktails.
