Oreo’s New ‘Flavor Experiment’ May Be Exactly What You Need at Your Friendsgiving

Oreo has released some delicious iterations over the years: a salted caramel-shortbread combo with Post Malone, a horchata-inspired cookie with Selena Gomez and a fall-ready Apple Pie a la Mode pack, just to name a few. But the brand’s latest limited-edition flavors promise to be some of its most memorable yet. Arriving just in time for Thanksgiving, these cookies are perfect for a feast with friends or family … that is, they taste like your favorite (sweet and savory) holiday dishes.

What are the Thanksgiving Oreo flavors?
Oreo is releasing six new flavors in a 12-count, collectible cookie-shaped tin:
- Cranberry Sauce
- Pumpkin Pie
- Turkey & Stuffing
- Creamed Corn
- Sweet Potato
- Caramel Apple Pie
The tin comes with two of each kind. All six are made with chocolate cookies and are dipped in fudge “infused” with each festive flavor, according to the brand. The fudge is also color-coded so you'll know what you’re getting yourself into. Oreo calls the assortment “a bold taste journey” and encourages you to share “honest feedback.”
“This flavor experiment is not your typical Oreo indulgence, it’s a chance to try something unforgettable and help shape the future of flavor innovation,” the product description says.
If you’re feeling brave (or scientific), we suggest bringing a tin to share at your Friendsgiving — often a fun opportunity to branch out from traditional dishes. Plus, a corn-flavored Oreo is sure to get the conversation moving.
For the less daring, you can also order a six-pack box of just the Caramel Apple Pie or the Pumpkin Pie flavored cookies. These (likely more crowd-pleasing) boxes are also available for a limited time.
