From the catwalk to the ice cream aisle, Tyra Banks launched her very own SMiZE Cream earlier this month that’s billed as “the ice cream that inspires you to reach for more than just a spoon.” The frozen treat is now available for nationwide shipping, and it can also be procured via a storefront in the Santa Monica Place mall in Los Angeles that’s not far from where the model opened a SMiZE pop-up a few months ago.

According to a press release, the custard-style ice cream, which was crafted with help from SMiZE Cream’s Ice Cream Scientist, Dr. Maya Warren, is a decadent creation that is “a luxury for the taste buds, full of surprises and inspiration.” Currently, SMiZE Cream comes in seven signature flavors: The Best Vanilla I Ever Had, Strawberry BirthYAY! Cake, Brownies, I Love You!, Purple Cookie Mon-STAR & Me, Salted Caramel King, Cookie Caramel Queen and Chocolate Barbeque.

Additionally, each serving of Tyra's ice cream, which America’s Next Top Model fans know is named after the model’s term for “smiling with your eyes,” includes a SMiZE Surprize at the bottom of every cup. The hidden treat is a Cookie Dough truffle covered in naturally-colored sprinkles, which is a tasty reward meant to symbolize what the brand stands for — “goal getting and dream catching.”

For those who aren’t in Los Angeles, SMiZE Cream can ship anywhere in the country. Each shipped order comes in a special Creamz & Dreamz Box themed to SMiZE Cream’s mascot, DJ Splitz and her beatz. The box also includes a unique AR activation per flavor that happens right on your cup.

“It’s official, baby! Now everyone in mainland USA can enjoy the creamy, dreamy taste of SMiZE Cream,” Tyra said in a statement. “Bite after bite, taste test after taste test, the nationwide launch of SMiZE Cream is by far my most delicious, chunk-a-licious accomplishment. Ever since I was a little girl, my mama and I have been obsessed with the creamy, crunchy, ooey-gooey comfort and delight of ice cream. Everybody has their own unique stories and moments with ice cream at the center of them — hot summer days, celebrations, even broken hearts — but ice cream always made it better.”

Acknowledging that there are already thousands of tasty ice cream options on the market, Tyra shared what makes her creation stand out. “THIS IS NOT JUST ICE CREAM. It's technically a delectable frozen custard,” she added. “AND we've got a yummy SMiZE Surprize hidden inside — a huge chunkalicious cookie dough truffle! So dig baby dig for that Surprize!

The star also let it slip that SMiZE Cream already has a “major collaboration” in the works, which is slated to be announced in the near future.

And since starting her own ice cream brand was a dream for Tyra, she wants to help ensure that others have a chance to realize their own dreams as well. With that in mind, the star created a mentorship program called The SMiZE Goalz & Dreamz Factory.

To launch the first phase of the program, SMiZE Cream partnered with Eldera, the global intergenerational mentoring platform. The program will partner young goal-getters with experts who have at least six decades of life experience and who have valuable advice and information to offer.
