Fresh-cut fruit such as green or red apple slices, orange slices or grapes, as desired
12 ounces chilled grapefruit beer
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon orange liqueur
Put the fruit in the bottom of a chilled highball glass. Slowly pour the beer over the fruit, holding the bottle at an angle to the glass. Add the orange juice and liqueur. Stir gently to mix. Serve immediately.
