Mix together the eggs, cream, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the chopped chocolate, trail mix, marshmallows and graham crackers, and toss to coat.
Melt the butter in the hot skillet. Empty the bowl into the skillet and stir to keep from sticking. Cook for about 10 minutes, until set.
Serve warm or cold, topped with more graham crackers crumbs and mini marshmallows if you like. Enjoy.
