  1. Place zest, sugar, and spices in saucepan and cover with boiling water. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat wine and Aquavit in another saucepan to boiling point, but do not let boil. Pour both mixtures into punch bowl and stir. Ladle into punch cups and stand back!
