Directions

  1. Grind 1 1/2 cups roasted unsalted almonds with 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a food processor. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and process, scraping the bowl occasionally, until smooth, 5 minutes. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
