Directions

  1. Finely grind 1 1/2 cups roasted unsalted almonds with 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt in a food processor. Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and process, scraping down the bowl occasionally, until smooth, 4 to 6 minutes. Refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
