1 teaspoon garlic, minced

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper, crushed

1-ounce white vinegar

1 ounce hoisin sauce

1-ounce sesame oil

2 center cut pork chops, 6 ounces each


  1. Combine the first 5 ingredients in a food processor. Preheat a wood-fire grill. Brush the pork chops with the glaze and cook over the wood-fire grill.
