1 preserved lemon, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil 

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 

1 tablespoon honey 

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 bunch fresh salad greens

3 mini bell peppers, sliced 

1 cup goat's milk feta, crumbled 

1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped 


  1. Whisk together the preserved lemon, olive oil, parsley, honey and some salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the salad greens, bell peppers, feta and hazelnuts, toss together and serve.
