Noodles with Sesame Sauce

2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter

2 tablespoons dark soy sauce

2 tablespoons chili oil

4 tablespoons sesame oil

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar in a bowl


12 ounces dried wheat noodles

2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish


  1. Combine 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter, 2 tablespoons, dark soy, 2 tablespoons chili oil, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, MSG, and 2 teaspoons sugar in a bowl.
  2. Boil 12 ounces oriental noodles. Drain. Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds, and the prepared sauce. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
