Episode | From: Bite Club
In a town famous for spicy Southern cooking, Tyler Florence brings together five of Nashville's best chefs to compete in a modern Chinese restaurant. Creative chops are put to the test with their first-ever experiences using massive woks and steam baskets. In the final round, things get wild when the two remaining chefs must impress the judges by mixing creamy dairy with fiery Asian ingredients to become the city's Bite Club Champ.

Plenty of Fish

Episode | From: Chopped
In the first round, the chefs do their best to delicately cook a familiar fish, as they struggle to decide what to do with a tiny, Indian gourd. A smelly fish product in the second basket leaves the competitors taking risks with lutefisk that they hope will pay off. Then the two remaining chefs hustle to put together their final dishes, but can they create genuine desserts out of Chinese sausage and baby eggplants?

Four DDD alums send ingredients for their most-dynamite recipes then join Guy and his son, Hunter, via video chat to cook up all that flavor. The menu includes a Chinese-Mexican mix from Phoenix, Florida alligator fritters, a creole meatloaf straight from a California beach and chicken wings from one of Guy's favorite hometown spots.
