Rachael's in her hometown of Lake Placid, exploring this exciting winter wonderland. She'll kick off the trip by stopping at Adirondack Arts & Crafts. Wanting to relive old memories, Rachael drops by Howard Johnson's for some flapjacks. Since Lake Placid was home to two Olympic games, Rachael tests her Olympic skills by ice skating, taking a sleigh ride and bobsledding. She also visits the Paradox Lodge to sample their delicious food. Rachael's last stop is Lumiere, where she and her husband John cozy up to a delicious meal--the perfect ending to this winter adventure!

Friends and Family Favorites

Things get personal this week when Rachael and Guy invite their closest friends and family over for an intimate supper club catered by the four remaining celebrity contestants. Each contestant prepares a family style meal for the table to be judged by their mentors' nearest and dearest. The winners are picked to go on to the finale and compete for the coveted prize of $50,000 for their charity. The bottom two contestants aren't out of the race as they battle in the "last chance challenge" to earn some last minute money for their charities.

Talking Thirty

Join Rachael Ray as she makes five make-ahead meals in one day — and the best part is that they each cook up in 30 minutes or less! First up is a Sausage Ragu With Pappardelle, then for dish two, how about a nice bowl of homemade Mushroom Soup With Marsala, served over a round of fried toast and grated Parmigiano-Reggiano? Dish three is Zucchini Potato and Fennel Stew, dish four is Chicken Thighs in Mild Red Curry, and for dish five, it's Turkey and Chorizo Chili, topped with crushed corn chips.

Rachael Ray has two versatile mini-recipes that you can roll over into five full-fledged suppers. The first rollover recipe is Buttermilk Ranch Brined Turkey, which Rachael uses in three of the five meals: Dish one is Turkey and Corn Chowder With Bacon and Chipotle, dish two is Pilgrim Casserole layered with Thanksgiving favorites and dish three is Turkey and Poblano Red Eye Stew. The other rollover is a Beef and Tomato Base, which is the foundation for dish four, Beef Picadillo, and dish five, a Beef, Bacon and Onion Sauce With Bucatini.

The LA Supper Club hires Chefs Brian and Manouschka to create a 5-course "Roaring 20's" inspired meal for her VIP Members. Chefs Sasha and Stuart are asked to create a posh Maryland-themed menu for a University of Maryland alumni event...but when this collection of former frat boys get together, the chefs realize the menu needs to change to accommodate keg stands.
