Behind the Scenes on Guy's Big Bite

South of the Border

This trip, Guy's headed south of the border to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. On the town's main drag, the taco joint that's turning out totally fresh octopus tacos and Guadalajaran-inspired sauces that'll knock your socks off. On the marina, the all day spot dishin' up stuffed fish with lobster sauce and a unique spin on French toast. And down the dock, another marina favorite serving up a taquito trifecta alongside super fresh sushi with Mexican flair.

Triple D Nation: Guy's Going Home

On this trip, Guy Fieri's hittin' up some of his favorite hometown haunts. First, he pops into a Mexican joint right in his Santa Rosa, Calif., 'hood, where he chows on the pozole every time he's off the road. Then in Eureka, Calif., near where Guy grew up, a pizzeria is still bringing authentic New York pie to the West Coast. Finally, it's off to Las Vegas and an old college hangout where strombolis still reign supreme.

From Pork to Tofu

This trip Guy's pulling in for real deal bar food and some Salvadoran classics. In Sacramento, Calif., a pub where the chef's doing a pork sausage pizza his way -- hold the cheese, hold the sauce. In Washington, DC, a Mexican-Salvadoran joint where the big seller is a Salvadoran papusa -- scratch made dough stuffed with shredded pork and cheese. And in Philadelphia, a neighborhood beer bar serving a vegan club sandwich with deep fried tofu and smoked coconut.

Triple D Nation: Pork, Poke and Pollo

Guy Fieri hits the road for a Triple "P" Party! In Houston, he's checking in on a Greek diner where the machinery is as impressive as the food -- like a rotisserie spinning off-the-hook pork. Then, a poke place in Kahului, Hawaii, is dishin' out fresh fish and turning up the heat on tako. And in San Francisco, a real-deal Mexican joint is scratch-makin' it all, from the pozole to the caldo tlalpeño con pollo.

Triple D Nation: Mobile Meals

On this trip, Guy Fieri is chasing down dynamite dishes on the move. First up, in Kihei, Hawaii, Guy, Hunter and Jules stumble onto a pizza cart that Guy first found on the beach in 2016 -- and the pie is still legit. Then, in Cloquet, Minn., an old-school carhop's delivering double cheeseburgers and real-deal Coneys right to your car, and a food truck traveling throughout San Francisco opened a permanent spot for their Asian-Mexican mashups.

One of a Kind

Guy Fieri travels in search of one-of-a-kind joints serving one-of-a-kind food. The truly unique include a local legend in Massachusetts where people line up for whole belly clams, a Michigan joint that serves so many chicken gizzards they named the place Gizzard City, an old-time American diner in downtown San Francisco serving up Portuguese specialties and a lunch truck on the side of the road serving homemade authentic Mexican food.
