Holiday wishes do come true! Four Chopped Grand Champions are headed home to the Chopped kitchen for the holidays, but they will be challenged with some extremely tough baskets. The chefs must figure out how to use a kooky candy cane in their appetizers. A meat in the entrée basket is bound to be met with some trepidation. Then, ingenuity, speed and skill are on display in a captivating dessert round that includes pomegranate. Every course will be extra special, since the competitors are all amazingly talented winners with nothing left to prove but plenty left to give.

First, they're making a main dish that's dressed to impress, Roast Lamb Chops with a Parmesan Panko breading that's to die for. Then it's two sides packed full of flavor, a Cheesy Cauliflower and Parsnip Gratin and scrumptious smokey Braised Mixed Greens. In addition to being a celebrated chef, Cat Cora is an accomplished lifestyle entrepreneur, author, restaurateur, contributing editor and television personality. She made television history in 2005 when she became the first female Iron Chef on Food Network’s Iron Chef America. Cat recently joined RWS Resorts to launch her Ocean by Cat Cora restaurant on Sentosa Island in Singapore. Prior to that she opened Cat Cora’s Que, Cat Cora’s Kitchen and Cat Cora’s Kitchen Gourmet Market, and she collaborated with Disney to create Kouzzina by Cat Cora, located at Disneyworld Boardwalk in Orlando, Fla. In 2012 she launched the Cat Cora’s Kitchen iPad app, which simplifies meal preparation for at-home cooks of any skill level. Cat collaborated with MOZO to design two women’s shoe collections, she has two thriving Cat Cora’s Kitchen food lines with both Gaea and Grecian Delight, and she also has a line of versatile cookware, Cat Cora by Starfrit.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Joseph “JJ” Johnson went on to hone his skills in some of New York’s most esteemed kitchens including Centro Vinoteca, Jane, and Tribeca Grill. In search of new flavors, Chef Johnson spent a month cooking in Ghana at the country's leading boutique hotel, Villa Monticello, studying West African cuisine and exploring the country's exotic markets.In 2013, Chef Johnson helped open The Cecil with Richard Parsons and Alexander Smalls. Soon after, he joined the kitchen of its sister restaurant Minton’s, the revived jazz supper club located next door. Chef Johnson was nominated for a James Beard Foundation Award for Rising Star Chef, and recognized by Star Chefs with the Rising Star Community Chef Award (both in 2015). The Re-Launch

Todd English Olives, located in the heart of Manhattan, has just gone through a major renovation and needs a new executive chef to lead the re-launch. Anne brings a diverse group of candidates to compete for the position. The chefs are tested on their knowledge and use of spices and then told to dash to the farmers' market to create seasonal handmade pasta. Two chefs are dismissed and the final two are handed the keys to the restaurant for the most eventful dinner services yet. After both chefs struggle to keep up with the demands of a New York kitchen, Todd makes an unexpected decision and one chef walks away with the coveted title of executive chef.

New Chef on the Block

Chef Kathy Fang hires a new chef at her restaurant so she can focus on her expansion efforts, which include an elite private event hosted by Kristi Yamaguchi at the Asian Art Museum in San Francisco. Kathy is pushed outside of her comfort zone working in a kitchen that does not meet her culinary standards while also having to trust the new chef to operate at Fang without her. Any slight misstep is an opportunity for Peter to nix her expansion plans.
