I love the combinations of flavors and textures in this salad. Charring grapes helps to caramelize the sugars in them, adding an extra layer of goodness. The sugar snaps also lend sweetness and crunch. Tossed with a creamy poppy seed vinaigrette, toasty pecans, and creamy, tart feta, this gorgeous salad is one of my favorites.

This pasta salad is the perfect dish to celebrate summer. Yellow squash, zucchini and sweet cherry tomatoes are tossed with a bright and herbaceous vinaigrette. The best part? My hack of adding the squash and zucchini to the pasta during the last minute of cooking means you don't have to pull out another pan to cook it.

If you want to highlight the best summer vegetables, this pasta salad is just the ticket. It's great for picnics, potlucks or for just keeping around in the fridge to have as an easy side dish. My homemade creamy basil vinaigrette adds the perfect amount of herbaceous tanginess to complement the veggies.

I’m adding my Southern twists to this classic chicken dinner. Creole mustard for a punch of flavor pairs with sweet Virginia ham and Swiss cheese. My House Seasoning and crushed pork rinds create a perfectly seasoned crust and seal in all the flavors. This one is sure to become a favorite for the people in your lives.

This is the perfect clean-out-the-fridge soup! Have some sweet potatoes or Yukon golds hanging around that need to be cooked? Throw those in, too. Some other root vegetables? Yep, they also work great. If you don't already have greens in your fridge, you can often find a bag of a mix of all three greens.

If you’re on the fence about trying ambrosia salad for the first time, look no further than my recipe. A staple on Southern tables, this fruit salad is full of coconut, marshmallows, nuts and an assortment of canned fruit. Balanced with sour cream, my ambrosia is cool, not too sweet and a perfect light dessert to serve with your summer spread.
