Much has been made of the sheer expansiveness of the menu at The Cheesecake Factory, either as late night comedy fodder or earnest fandom. And this month, fans of The Cheesecake Factory will have even more to sink their teeth into, literally, as the chain restaurant is rolling out two new categories: Bites and Bowls.
While you can probably find something you’ll like from the over 250 items already included on The Cheesecake Factory menu, the “Bites” and “Bowls” categories represent a total of 14 new additions that span a wide range of culinary traditions. The “Bites” range from meatball sliders to crab-topped rice cakes and ricotta toast. “Bowls” are similarly varied, yet somewhat cohesive, considering you have your choice of Southern fried chicken and veggies over mashed potatoes or fried chicken katsu over rice. All of these dozen-plus dishes started hitting The Cheesecake Factory locations nationwide this month.

In the “Bites” category, The Cheesecake Factory is offering the following items which are perfect for sharing as many of them come with two or three pieces per plate:
- Avocado Toast: With tomato, arugula and red onion drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and lemon.
- Meatball Sliders: Housemade meatballs covered with vodka sauce, melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on slider rolls.
- Ricotta Cheese Toast: With orange-honey and toasted sesame seeds.
- New Orleans Cajun Shrimp: With Creole sauce over toasted bread.
- Baked Brie Truffle Honey Butter: Warm bread with Brie cheese drizzled with truffle-honey butter and housemade orange marmalade.
- Chicken & Biscuits: Housemade buttermilk biscuits with Southern fried chicken, sausage gravy and hot honey butter.
- Parmesan Truffle Fries: Served with truffle aioli.
- Crispy Rice Cakes with Crab: Warm sushi rice topped with crab and sesame seeds.

As for Bowls, expect to see the following dishes which incorporate all the elements you might find ordering an entree and sides, but served together in, well, a bowl:
- Chicken Katsu Bowl: Crispy chicken with teriyaki glaze, edamame, mushrooms, cucumber and sesame seeds.
- Orange Cauliflower Bowl: Crispy cauliflower, snow peas, carrots and mushrooms tossed in a sweet and spicy orange sauce.
- Peruvian Chicken Bowl: Charbroiled chicken with black beans, plantains and salsa, served with white rice.
- Carnitas: Tender pork with rice, beans, poblano chile, roasted corn salsa, sour cream, guacamole and more.
- Southern Fried Chicken: With fresh buttered corn, green beans, and a buttermilk biscuit over mashed potatoes and gravy.
- Teriyaki Salmon: Charbroiled salmon served over white rice with pineapple, sautéed vegetables and sesame seeds.

The Bites and Bowls additions are, essentially, a second wave of new items hitting The Cheesecake Factory menu this year after the chain added 20 new items in March of 2025. However, at that time the restaurant brand also axed 13 items. A representative for The Cheesecake Factory confirmed to Food Network that seven items (Mexicali Salad, Charred Sugar Snap Peas, Avocado Tacos, House Made Meatballs, Happy Hour Meatballs, Brunch Flatbread, and Breakfast Kimchi Fried Rice) were removed from the menu earlier in the summer ahead of the Bites and Bowls launch.
