I Tried Dunkin's New Pink Summer Menu
Dunkin' teamed with Barbie on a sweet new Cold Foam.
Dunkin’s branding is iconic, with its orange and pink letters emblazoned on cups and on its restaurants. And while there’s nothing wrong with orange, for its new summer drinks menu Dunkin’ is thinking pink. Part of that rose-tinted mindset comes from a new collaboration with another pink icon, Barbie.
Here’s what we thought about the Barbie-themed items we tried and more of what Dunkin’ has in store starting this month:
What is Dunkin’s Barbie menu collaboration?
Starting today, June 3, Dunkin’ locations nationwide will add Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam to the menu, which the brand says “adds a playful pink finish and sweet, creamy strawberry flavor to a variety of iced beverages."
Additionally, on June 10 at 10 a.m. ET, Dunkin’ will drop a line of Barbie-themed merch on DunkinRunsOnMerch.com as well as host a one-day Barbie DreamHouse-themed store takeover experience at the 265 West 37th Street location in New York City (opening at 11 a.m.), which will sell exclusive Dunkin’ x Barbie items.
If the online items sell out and you can’t make it to the Big Apple, the fruit-shaped Barbie Pink Pineapple Cup will also be available in select stores nationwide starting June 12. It looks like it’d be the perfect vessel for the new Pink Pineapple Refresher (more on that below).

What’s new on Dunkin’s 2026 summer menu?
Most of Dunkin’s new beverages are pink-tinted takes on its fruity Refresher flavors, plus some pink-topped drinks featuring matcha, iced coffee and a new Dunkalatte. Here are all of the pink drinks hitting Dunkin today:
- Pink Pineapple Refresher: A light pink iced beverage with bright notes of pineapple, raspberry and hibiscus flavors. With a variety of bases to choose from (green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk or sparkling water) along with flavor combos and sweetness levels, guests can customize their Refresher to be as bold, bubbly, creamy or tart as they'd like.
- Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher: Pink Pineapple flavors with oatmilk, finished with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam for a smooth, creamy sip.
- Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher: Strawberry Dragonfruit flavors blended with oatmilk and topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam for a double-berry twist.
- Pink Mango Daydream Refresher: Mango Pineapple flavors mixed with oatmilk and finished with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam for a bright, fruity flavor.
- Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher: Black Cherry flavors combined with oatmilk and layered with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam for a tart, creamy pairing.
- Strawberry Cloud Matcha: Creamy sweetened Matcha with vanilla flavors and topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
- Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte: The creamy combination of espresso, coffee milk and vanilla flavors, topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
- Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee: Original Blend iced coffee paired with French vanilla and toasted almond flavors, topped with Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam.
“Pink has always been part of Dunkin’s DNA, and this summer we’re taking it further than ever — bold, fun and unmistakably Dunkin’,” Jill Nelson, Chief Marketing Officer at Dunkin’ says in a press release. “From the Barbie collaboration to our lineup of pink sips and unexpected brand moments, we’re showing up in a way that feels fresh, joyful and distinctly pink all season long.”
What does Dunkin’s Barbie Menu taste like?
Dunkin' let me try a handful of the pink Dunkin’ beverages earlier this week ahead of launch. Here's what I think:
The Pink Daydream Refresher was bright and fruity with some tartness from the pinepple tempered by the creamy oatmilk, almost giving strawberry piña colada vibes.
The Strawberry Cloud Matcha pairs the earthy and nutty notes of green tea with strawberry notes as cold foam gets stirred in.
The Strawberries N' Cream Cloud Dunkalatte is for Dunkin' fans who don't want to give up their usual coffee but still want a bit of that Barbie magic. The combination of vanilla shots, coffee milk and strawberry feels very Neapolitan ice cream.
Finally, the Pink Pineapple Refresher is super summery and juicy. Mine had a nice effervesence from the sparkling water as the base. I also tried it with some of the Barbie cold foam on top as well, giving it a bit of a dirty soda flair that was a bit more creamy and decadent.

What are Dunkin’s new summer doughnuts and breakfast items?
For its food menu, Dunkin’ is taking inspiration from some classic summer sights. On the savory side, you’ll find two new items featuring Dunkin’s Golden BBQ Sauce: the Golden BBQ Hash Brown Wake-Up Wrap with egg, American cheese and hash browns, and the Golden BBQ Loaded Hash Browns bowl, topped with the sauce and crumbled bacon.
On the sweet side, Dunkin’ has reimagined the frozen bomb pop as a Rocket Pop doughnut — a yeast doughnut filled with a cherry, lime and raspberry flavored buttercream and topped with blue icing and stars and stripes sprinkles.
The entire Dunkin’ summer menu, including the pink and pineapple drinks, Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, Golden BBQ items and Rocket Pop doughnut, will all be available for a limited time.
