The results are spectacular.

Dubai chocolate is having an extended moment. What began as a fancy chocolate bar packed with pistachios and knafeh (shredded phyllo dough) is now popping up in every form imaginable. It’s been reworked into luxury pancakes at IHOP and milkshakes at Shake Shack. Now, it’s transformed into perhaps its most indulgent form yet.
Crumbl just launched the Dubai Chocolate Brownie, and it’s available for one week only. This rich and fudgy treat checks all the boxes we’d expect for something inspired by Dubai chocolate: It’s filled with crunchy knafeh and pistachio filling, covered with milk chocolate and drizzled with pistachio cream.
“Crumbl constantly tackles food trends in a fresh and creative way,” Sawyer Hemsley, Crumbl Co-Founder and Chief Branding Officer, says in a press statement. “Our Dubai Chocolate Brownie brings that viral flavor to life in a way that only Crumbl can.”
Customers voted on social media for Crumbl to make the brownie a reality. They’re excited about the result. One post in the Crumbl subreddit is captioned, "10 out of 10. This is the goat."
Some fans wish it were sticking around longer.
“Keep this a permanent flavor,” a fan comments on Crumbl’s Instagram. “This one is literally the best flavor ever.”
The brownie rotated onto the menu on Monday, August 18, so there are only six days left to get your hands on one. However, these limited-time flavors have been known to make an encore appearance, so this may not be the end!

Dubai Chocolate Tart
Inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate bar trend, this tart transforms the flavors and textures of the beloved confection into a stunning, sliceable dessert. At the heart of it is a rich filling of sweet pistachio cream, nutty tahini and buttery, toasted kataifi—the crisp shredded pastry that brings irresistible texture to every bite. Instead of encasing the mixture in chocolate as the original bar does, we’ve layered it into a delicate cocoa tart shell, giving the dessert structure and an elegant edge. A glossy milk chocolate ganache seals it all in, with a ring of chopped pistachios to hint at what’s inside. It's the kind of showstopper dessert that's surprisingly doable at home.
