Cold Stone Gets in on the Dubai Chocolate Trend
Your favorite sweet treat now comes in ice cream form.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm a huge fan of the Dubai chocolate trend. The mix of pistachio and chocolate with kataifi is just heavenly to my taste buds, and like most people, I truly can't get enough these days. Many brands have hopped on the bandwagon with their chocolate bars, from brands like Ghirardelli and Lindt to retailers including Trader Joe's and Costco.
And now, Cold Stone Creamery is joining the fun with ice cream.
What is Cold Stone Creamery's Dubai Chocolate Creation?
For the month of April, ice cream lovers will be able to try Cold Stone’s take on Dubai Chocolate. The new creation combines chocolate ice cream, pistachio cream, kataifi and chocolate shavings together for a rich, creamy and decadent dessert unlike anything else on the menu.
"We're always looking to bring exciting flavors to our guests," Courtney Maxedon, VP of marketing and digital strategy at Kahala Brands, parent company of Cold Stone Creamery, said in a press release. "Our Dubai Chocolate Creation is rich, unique, and layered with texture, perfect for those wanting to treat themselves to something a little extra."
Don't get me wrong, I love my Birthday Cake Remix (in a Love It size, of course). However, this is completely different, and I'm here for it — and you should be too.
When will Cold Stone Creamery's Dubai Chocolate Creation be available?
Our Dubai Chocolate Creation (the official name) will be available at select participating Cold Stone locations nationwide until April 30. In terms of price, it's $9.25 for a Like It, $10.25 for a Love It and $11.25 for a Gotta Have It. There's no word on whether it'll come back at a later date, so you'll want to get your hands on this new creation before it's too late.
