25 Little Treats You Can Score for Free on Your Birthday
Here's how to redeem rewards at Olive Garden, Starbucks and more.

I'm all about collecting my various birthday freebies each year and spending my birthday enjoying them. This may involve getting my go-to latte order for breakfast, a mid-day scoop of my favorite ice cream and then enjoying a birthday appetizer, cocktail or drink at a fun spot for dinner — all for free.
Many of us aren't taking advantage of all there is out there to enjoy, but tons of restaurants (and other sorts of spots, too!) offer delicious freebies on your birthday. And, usually, you just have to sign up for their rewards programs and tell them your birthday in order to take advantage!
Auntie Anne’s: Ready for a birthday snack? You'll get a free pretzel on your birthday if you sign up for the chain's rewards program.
Baskin-Robbins: We all scream for ice cream! If you have a hankering for a sweet dessert on your big day, you can get a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday as a Baskin-Robbins Rewards member.
Benihana: There's no birthday dinner like a Benihana birthday dinner, and you'll get a $50 birthday reward if you are a member of Benihana's Friends with Benefits rewards program. The reward will automatically appear in your wallet the week of your birthday, and you will have 30 days to redeem.
Broken Yolk Cafe: Be sure to download the Broken Yolk Cafe rewards app, because you'll get your choice of a free short stack of Cinna-Cakes, Churro French Toast or classic Belgian Waffle on the first day of your birthday month. The celebratory birthday offer is available for the entirety of any given calendar month.
Cava: Trying to keep things a bit healthier and just as delicious? CAVA Rewards members in the Sea and Sand status levels will get a free drink, dessert or order of pita chips in honor of their birthday. Those in the Sun status level get half-off a bowl or pita. You can redeem through the CAVA app.
Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen: If you are an eClub subscriber, you'll get a free dessert for your birthday, but that's not all — you'll also score one on your half birthday as well.
Chili’s: It's time for a special dessert — it's your birthday! Get a free Molten Chocolate Cake on your birthday at participating Chili’s locations nationwide if you are a member of the My Chili’s rewards program.
Chipotle: Whether you love guac or queso, you win at Chipotle on your birthday. Chipotle Rewards members can select their preferred birthday reward from options such as guac, queso, chips or a fountain drink, and they'll have a whole month to redeem the offer.
Dillas Primo Quesadillas: If you're celebrating your birthday, you'll get a free regular Dilla quesadilla through the Dillas Diehards loyalty program. The offer is valid for a week after your birthday and can be redeemed for dine-in, takeout, online ordering or through the Dillas mobile app.

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers: Get a free mini sundae or concrete if you're celebrating a birthday, with no purchase required, if you are a Freddy's Rewards program member. You have 30 days from your birthday to redeem on the Freddy's App.
Hook & Reel: Feel like eating some seafood for your birthday dinner? You're in luck: If it's your birthday, you'll get a free mini boil with the purchase of two full-price adult entrées at participating locations. Just show your ID on the day of redemption. This offer is valid up to three days before or after your birthday, in-store only.
IHOP: On your birthday, get a free full stack of original buttermilk pancakes if you are a member of the rewards program. Sounds like a plan for breakfast!
Jamba Juice: If you want something a bit more healthy and refreshing, grab a birthday smoothie for free on your birthday if you are a member of the rewards program.
Juici Patties: Juici Patties is Jamaica's largest restaurant chain, best known for its signature Jamaican patties, and is rapidly expanding across the United States. Your birthday month is a good time to try them out, as those enrolled in Juici Rewards receive a $5 off reward.
KPOT: Looking for something hot and steamy? Enjoy a free birthday meal at participating locations when you dine in with a party of four or more, up to three days before or three days after your birthday.
Krispy Kreme: Rewards members get a surprise on their birthday (typically a free treat). It's automatically loaded to your account and redeemable for up to 30 days after your birthday, so you can keep the celebration going.
LongHorn Steakhouse: If you are an eClub subscriber, you'll receive a free dessert for your birthday. The offer will magically appear in your inbox before your birthday, in time to plan your celebration!
Maggiano’s: Get a free dessert on your birthday at participating Maggiano’s locations nationwide if you are a member of Maggiano’s eClub.
Moe’s Southwest Grill: Guac or queso always brings a meal to the next level. On your birthday, you'll score a free cup of queso or guac if you are a member of the rewards program.
Olive Garden: Say yes to dessert, because you'll get a free one on your birthday when you dine-in at this spot known for its soup, salad and bread sticks.
Schlotzsky's: Get a free small sandwich for your birthday with any purchase if you're part of the rewards program.
Season’s 52: If you are an eClub subscriber, you'll receive a complimentary Mini indulgence of your choice for your birthday (emailed in advance!). To claim, just present the promo code to your server.
Starbucks: I can't start the day without my Starbucks, and my birthday is no different. Of course, on your birthday, you get a pretty great reward. Green members of the Starbucks rewards program will get a free product offer (one handcrafted beverage, one food item or one bottled ready-to-drink beverage on their birthday, at participating stores). Gold members will have seven days to redeem the same reward, and Reserve members will have a whole month.

Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux: Get a free order of beignets on your birthday! This deal is good for a 30-day window around your birthday when you are a Walk-On’s Rewards member, at participating locations nationwide.
Wingstop: For Club Wingstop members, get a free regular side with a purchase of $5 or more. Once your birthday arrives, the free reward is automatically loaded into your account and is valid for up to 14 days.
Yard House: If you are an eClub subscriber, you can celebrate an epic birthday with a complimentary dessert. You'll be emailed a code in advance — just present it to your server.
